TERMS OF SERVICE

1. INTRODUCTION & SCOPE These Terms of Service («Terms») constitute a legally binding agreement between you («Client,» «User») and SolmariX OÜ («Company,» «we,» «us»), a company registered in Estonia (Registry Code:17383413), located at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Vesivärava tn 50-201, 10152.

By accessing our website (solmarix.com) or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. SERVICES & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS SolmariX OÜ provides educational content, workshops, and strategic consulting.

  • Technical Requirements: To access services, you must have a stable broadband internet connection (min. 5 Mbps), a modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge), and a device capable of audio/video playback (e.g., Zoom/Teams). We are not liable for playback issues caused by your hardware or network limitations.

3. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE & DISCLAIMER The services are for educational and informational purposes only.

  • Not Medical Advice: Our trainings are not a substitute for professional psychological therapy.

  • Strategic Analysis: Services are based on chronological profiling methodologies and cyclical analysis frameworks. These are analytical tools. We do not guarantee specific results.

  • Statutory Rights: This disclaimer does not exclude your statutory rights regarding the conformity of digital content under applicable EU laws.

4. PAYMENTS & VAT

  • Currency: All prices are in EUR.

  • VAT: Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

  • Invoicing: An electronic invoice/receipt is sent upon payment.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMER LAW) A. Digital Content (Courses) By purchasing digital content and gaining immediate access, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. (Note: You will be asked to confirm this waiver via a checkbox at checkout).

B. Services (Consultations & Workshops)

  • Cooling-off Period: You generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the booking date.

  • Commencement during Withdrawal Period: If you request the service (including preparation/analysis) to begin during this 14-day period, and subsequently cancel, you must pay a proportional amount. This amount is calculated based on the hourly rate of the expert for the preparation work already performed up to the moment of cancellation.

  • Fully Performed Services: The right of withdrawal ceases once the service has been fully performed.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY (Operational) Without prejudice to statutory rights, the following rules apply:

  • Live Workshops: Cancellations >24 hours: Full refund. Cancellations <24 hours or No-Show: Non-refundable.

  • Individual Sessions: Cancellations <24 hours are non-refundable.

  • Force Majeure: Exceptions to the non-refund policy may be made for Force Majeure events (e.g., proven medical emergency, verified nationwide platform outage). You must provide valid documentation (e.g., medical certificate) to claim a refund/reschedule in these cases.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All materials are the intellectual property of SolmariX OÜ.

  • Permitted Use: You may download one local copy of course materials for your personal, non-commercial viewing only.

  • Prohibited Use: You may not share, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our materials.

8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION Governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

  • Consumer Protection: This does not deprive you of protection afforded by mandatory laws of your country of residence.

  • Dispute Resolution: Disputes shall be settled in Estonian courts, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in your country of residence under mandatory EU laws.
